• Basic family tree research - For clients starting from scratch, who may only have a few names to work with and have not researched further
  
• ​Advanced family tree research - Review of what a client has done already and expansion upon current family tree information
  
• Locating biological family for adoptees or individuals with unknown parentage, using both DNA and traditional "paper trail" research 
• "Brick wall" research - Advancing a family tree past what has previously been a hard stopping point
  

Consultation Services

• ​​Review of family tree research a client has already completed, checking for accuracy and correcting errors
• Discussion of research already done with suggestions and strategies for next steps 

Document Retrieval

• Document retrieval services within Franklin, Licking, Fairfield, Perry, Muskingum, Coschocton, Knox and Delaware counties in Ohio
• Retrieval of Ohio state-wide documents available from the Ohio History Connection
